General
This is the MMVL's Wiki. Feel free to have a look at the information, we have published here! The MMVL's MediaWiki is read-only for anonymous users.
Usage
The MMVL's MediaWiki is read-only for anonymous users. If you are an MMVL-partner, you can get an account from us!
Private section
You can use the namespace Private, by prepending Private: to a page-name. The page will not be visible for anonymous users. Make sure, that no page with the same name is existing in the default namespace, because the MediaWiki implementation for namespaces is buggy.
Unfortunately at the moment the access restrictions for all users are the same. Implementing user permissions is not an easy task (think about the special pages like Special:Recent Changes or the search page f.e.). However this feature already is planned in the form of Access control lists.
Note that uploaded files are always public. We can however set up an upload page on the server vision.eng.shu.ac.uk for you.
