Microscopic pipette tip, video and ground truth

The ground truth is actually the manually estimated position of the pipette tip. A fixed translation should be applied to the estimated position of an algorithm to be able to compare data.

The microscopic pipette tip video sequence: a 332 frames video. This is a challenging video to test your tracking algorithm, it exhibits clutter, occlusion, change of illumination, self similarity of the object and motion blur.
