The microscopic pipette tip video sequence: a 332 frames video. This is a challenging video to test your tracking algorithm, it exhibits clutter, occlusion, change of illumination, self similarity of the object and motion blur.

The ground truth is actually the manually estimated position of the pipette tip. Depending on the chosen reference point, a fixed translation should be applied to the estimated position of an algorithm to be able to compare data.
