Directory structure

Here the directory structure of mimas is documented.

Right now there are a lot of example-images, so that a mimas-checkout is about 35 MBytes. The examples should make use of a shared set of images stored in the image-directory.

Sources

The mimas sources are organized in the following way:

• $MIMAS Mimas' root-directory
  • lib source files and mimas library
  • include header files of library
  • doc doxygen sources and simple examples included in html documentation
    • html documentation generated by doxygen
  • examples directory containing small example applications
    • images all example images should be stored here
      • stills single images
      • sequences image sequences

Installation

The directory structure of the installation is different:

• /usr
  • include
    • mimas the header files are installed here
  • lib mimas shared and static libraries go here
  • share
    • doc
      • mimas-?.? the LICENSE and README file are installed here
      • mimas-devel-?.?
        • html here you'll find the doxygen documentation
        • examples example-applications and images.
