Detailed Description

A transformation consists of a "closed subspace" of the transformation space (find the right topological terminology).

for the hough tracking the idea is partition the transformation state. The reesulting descrete set being little enough to consider an equivalent class as the mean of the class. (!!!specify, decribe, explain more)
